Cancellation & Refund Policy

💰 Booking & Deposit

A 15% deposit secures your trip. It’s non-refundable. That deposit locks in dates, crew, and logistics. If you’re not sure, don’t book. Simple.

❌ If You Cancel

• More than 60 days before: You lose the deposit, nothing more.

• 30–59 days before: You’re charged 50% of the total trip cost.

• Less than 30 days: No refunds. You’re charged in full.

We keep it real — when you cancel late, it’s near impossible to fill your spot.

⚓ If We Cancel (or the Boat Does)

If the boat breaks down, the crew bails, or the operator cancels for any reason, you’ll get:

• A full refund
  or

• A chance to reschedule

That’s fair. But we don’t cover your flights, hotels, or other costs you booked yourself.

💵 Refunds

All refunds are made in USD. Bank charges, transfer fees, or conversion costs are on you. It usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

🌪 Force Majeure

If there’s a cyclone, government lockdown, pandemic, war, or any other chaos that’s out of our hands — we try to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed. This is surf travel. Be flexible.
