About Ninjas

Ninjas is mellow but don’t let that fool you. It’s a soft right-hander with a playful shoulder perfect for flow and clean turns. The takeoff is smooth even when there’s a bit of push and it breaks slower than most waves around here. High tide is when it runs best holding a clean line across the reef. A southeast swell with a west to northwest wind sets it up just right. It’s not a wave you charge. It’s a wave you cruise.

I’ve paddled out here on small days just to move and ended up logging three-hour sessions. The reef is kind and the crowd is usually light. No egos no tension. Just surfers sharing something easy. It’s not going to blow your mind but it resets you. Some of my best conversations in the water have happened out here between sets. Ninjas is that kind of wave. Simple forgiving and good for the soul.
